I am thoroughly delighted and proud to have had a piece shortlisted for the inaugural Visual Verse Writing Prize.

Written and submitted within one hour in response to an evocative image captured by Nickhil Jain, The Art of Looking made the top 16 out of 280 submissions.

My thanks go to the team at Visual Verse for including my work in the shortlist, and for their continued faith in my writing, this being the fourth piece of mine to feature in their anthology.
